Our Core Focus…

RPT services Charlotte NC and surrounding areas and offers a full range of services as consultants, tax advisors as well as accounting and reporting specialists for both businesses and individuals. Our core focus is the client and their needs, and is fundamental to our service delivery and value proposition. As a result, we naturally build trust and develop long-term relationships which help ensure our clients remain on target and well-positioned through the application of creative and innovative technology and strategy.

BUSINESS CONSULTING

Building a profitable business is hardly ever easy, and it requires the right financial information to make effective business decisions. Gathering this information is typically constrained by several factors such as time, system integration, data integrity and process routines to mention a few. As business owners and key principal stakeholders attempt to navigate potential constraints, they often find themselves working longer and harder with very little result. At RPT, we have developed a cost-effective approach to working through these types of constraints, providing a summary of critical financial information to key stakeholders, allowing them to get back to doing what they do best.

TAX ADVISORY

Whether you file your tax return as an individual, sole proprietor or corporation, the choice of working with a qualified tax advisor is essential to managing your tax filing program and liability. Crafting an understanding of the tax impact of life events and business decisions is key to effective budgeting and treasury management. Although tax liabilities are a cost of doing business or earning a living, they are unavoidable, however, they are minimizable with appropriate planning and strategy. RPT works closely with our clients throughout the year, keeping them “In the Know” to ensure they are in the best possible tax position.

ACCOUNTING SERVICES

As a small business owner, the task of managing the day-to-day accounting and reporting function often takes away from customer focus, managing operations as well as managing overall sales growth. Whether internal financial management reporting or external financial statement reporting, to efficiently run your business, you need to have timely accurate financial statements. The old adage, “Garbage in, garbage out” applies and not only does this potentially impact your business decisions, but also impacts your tax reporting program as well. At RPT, we have extensive experience with managing data processing routines as well as desktop and cloud based accounting software.
